»What can I do and what not?

»General terms.

♡ My work times are on business days, I do not work on holidays or Sundays. ( Excluding sick days too)♡ Be specific with what you want, the more detail and references the better!♡ For personal use only, use on twitch (shown on stream etc) is permitted with proper credits. If this is not so, then please let me know before confirming the commission if you intend to use the artwork for commercial use as it will incur a higher fee. ((this ONLY applies to ART for logos the fees are different <3))♡ If you are going to change your username, name, or any information that makes it difficult for me to communicate with you, please do so beforehand! so we don't lose communication in the commission process <3♡ I tend to post work in progress photos to my Twitter, if you do not wish for me to share photos of your project prior to completion or if you are planning a debute at a later date, please notify me beforehand.♡ I reserve the right to stream the process (on twitch.tv/iMoonchi) unless otherwise noted.♡ You will receive a full resolution digital file. No physical item will be delivered.♡ I only provide digital files in the sizes specified under commission pricing, unless specified by the client otherwise. (not printed art)♡ A sketch will be sent to you for approval prior to any line art or coloring. After base/linear coloring is done, only minor changes can be made free of charge (x3). Exceeding these changes after coloring or lining may incur an extra charge. -Once the art is done no free changes are allowed.-♡ I can use the art that you commission me on websites, to promote my commissions or portfolios, if you do not agree with this please let me know.♡ All information provided is rigorously protected! Nothing that can be obtained will be given or provided to third parties in order to do any kind of damage! I will protect the information, as well as the client's email.♡ Provided color palettes may vary slightly to fit my art style. If you are strict on no changes from the selected palette, please specify.♡ Do not edit, copy or trace my work without my permission.♡ By purchasing any of my services, you are accepting my Terms of Service.♡ I take no responsibility for artwork rejected by Twitch or any other organization.♡ I usually do file cleanup every 15 days, so please make sure to download and keep your original file!♡ Be respectful and please give credit not only to me, but to all other artists/designers/etc. who have worked hard to make your channel beautiful!︵︵ ₍ᐢᐢ₎ Please, everything mentioned above is ONLY for safety, do not take it as an offense, imposition or whim, it is simply to protect my work and my health, I hope you understand this, I also ask you for a lot of respect and patience, besides, I am grateful Beforehand, all your interest in my work.

All prices are subject to change!♡ I will send an invoice for payment to be received in full before commission begins. No commission will be initiated without this confirmation payment.♡ Do not send me any type of payment unless you have accepted your commission, requested payment and sent an invoice through PayPal or provided any data to pay.♡ Due to the nature of this work, no refunds will be available once you have started working on the sketch.♡ Merchandise use is + x2 the original price and I still reserve all rights to my art as creator.♡ Express service cost (24/48 hrs) has a fee of 70% extra of the base price. (This is NOT valid in models for Vtuber)♡ I am allowed to post the artworks on my social media unless stated in the request. You may incur an additional privacy fee If you do not wish for me to share it, you may pay an additional fee of +30%.♡ You will not request any PayPal chargeback.♡ Partial payment can be discussed.♡ Prices are in USD. I accept payment by local bank transfer
to my account or credit card.♡ I will give you the image ready for use. If you want the file for other artists to potentially add additional outfit accessories etc, it will be a one-time fee of $50 usd for the .psd.♡ The 50% required for waiting list.♡ Major adjustments late in the process will result in additional fees.♡ Payment plans are accepted only if the amount is substantial or to reserve a place, paying half.

»Rates, cancellations and more

♡ I will always try and complete your project ASAP, but please be patient with me. I will give you a rough TAT upon accepting your payment.♡ All orders are delivered via email, sta.sh or discord, WeTransfer or depending on the order. If they are normal commissions, a full resolution PNG image is delivered.♡ Each time will vary depending on the type of commission, please make sure to read everything♡ Start date is determined on my current work load but I will usually reach out a few days to a week in advanced to update you on the status of your commission.♡ I will keep you up to date with the progress on your project and notify you if there are any delays.♡ The jobs take time, I do urgent jobs (previously agreeing on the express rate).♡ Unless otherwise advised. This will depend a lot on communication with the client.♡ The delivery expectation is approximately 2-3 weeks or up to 2 months after confirming the start of the artwork.

STREAM DESIGNS

♡ The emotes includes 3 sizes (28px, 56px, 112px) for emote.♡ For badges incluides 3 sizes (18px, 36px, 72px) for badge.♡ Complex designs will be simplified♡ Orders for 9+ pcs will have their turnaround time extended to 3+ weeks♡ Indicate in your form if you want the emotes in large resolution.♡ These are non-commercial, personal use only. If you are interested in doing merchandise, you must pay 80% aditional regarding royalties/buying the rights.♡ I don't make exact or very similar copies of other emotes of mine or other artists.♡ It is not my responsibility to ensure your emote idea adheres to Twitch’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, please look into it prior to your request.♡ Up to 2 changes during sketch/line progress. Once the emoticon is made, free changes are not allowed.
For future editions, color changes, and minor add-ons, the price is $8For animated emotes..
♡ Keep in mind the complexity of your order, my strength is not animated and it is normal to reject some complex ideas.♡ Estimated delivery time 1-2 weeks, but highly dependent on commission and workload.

»Vtuber models and assets

♡ I do not do any type of rigging. This commission is for illustration only: clean, cut, and ready to mount.♡ The waiting time can be up to 2 months between each model, the workload is heavier than what would be carried in "normal art".♡ During the sketch phase, 2 major changes are allowed, after the basic coloring is done / line, only minor changes can be made free of charge. Once the art is done, free changes are not allowed.♡ I don't work on model art without a clear character reference. Google images are not allowed as references for art. If you do not have a clear design for your character you can choose to add a character design to the account, I will gladly work and design your dream model for you. This will cost extra!♡ If you want to make updates (outfit, etc.) to your model's art with a different artist, that's fine!♡ I will handle two types of rush orders. Priority/urgent orders with delivery times of less than 25 days have an additional charge of +30%.
The rate for urgent orders with 24 or 48 hours will have an additional charge of 90% and will only apply to busts / faces.♡ If you will debut soon and you do not want me to share any process or you directly do not want me to share the process, let me know and we will apply a confidentiality fee.
